These guys are awesome! They care more about finding the problem and fixing it, than having you throw money at your car. They truly care about taking care of the customer. I have a car from 1996 and it needed some pretty serious work. They made sure I had a ride to work and explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. I took my high mileage car to Goodyear with a noisy and leaking power steering pump. I figured it was time for a new one, and was worried about how much it would cost. Eric called to let me know it was just a loose clamp, and fixed it for free. Another time I had a brake pad that was sqealing, and he found that it has a small rock wedged between the pad and rotor. Again, no charge. It is hard to find an honest mechanic that won't take advantage of you, but I found a good one here.

Eric and his team have helped me with several vehicles (foreign and domestic) with issues ranging from minor tire patches and alignments to more involved mechanical issues with oil pumps and cooling systems. In each circumstance he and his team quickly identified the problem area and made timely repairs. It's a good feeling to know that we have a neighborhood mechanic that we can count on.
